Meet Vanessa

I conceptualize everything in the context of relationships. All of our function and dysfunction shows up systemically. We experience our most significant pain and greatest healing in the context of relationship. I work from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach and incorporate several evidence-based practices and interventions to help facilitate healing for my clients.

How I work

More about me

I am an Enneagram 8 with a strong 7 wing! I tend to be direct, yet compassionate. I love to travel adventurously, read a good book, and spend time with my amazing family. If you can’t find me, I am probably sitting by a beach somewhere with my feet in the sand.
